Access control Tier Descriptions:
business
The business tier is an entry level access control system to allow entities to move away from issuing mechanical keys and enables them to now grant entrance through cards or key fobs. This also allows the client to control who has access to what doors and the days/times they can gain entry and have records as to who entered a particular door and when. The access control system can be accessed through our app that can be used from computers, tablets, and other mobile devices. This includes our fully managed service in which any client needs for programming are handled by us at your request resulting in a worry-free solution with minimal time invested by you.
professional
The professional tier offers everything from the business tier but also includes magnetic sensors at the door. These sensors allow for the access control system to monitor whether the door is open or closed, held open for an extended period of time as well as if the door was forced open. These statuses can also be set up to alert the client if these instances were to occur. This solution also includes battery backup allowing for power to the door lock and card reader in the event of a power loss.
Business premium
The business premium tier is by far the most comprehensive solution. It builds upon the previous tiers by using more robust locking hardware that can be more resistant to forced entry and a longer expected life cycle. This solution also includes rekeying of the door lock so any previously issued keys will no longer work eliminating any risk of unknown persons bypassing the new card access system along with more hearty power supplies and battery backup system. This tier is perfect for government locations and clients with needs that consider their access control system critical to their security needs.
